MESSAGE TO PATIENT REGARDING CHANGING CLINICAL SYSTEMS:

All GP surgeries in Bury will be switching to a new computer system. We will be switching on Tuesday 13th September 2022. This involves a lot of preparation and means we will operate a more limited service from Tues 6th September 2022 – Friday 16th September 2022.

Between the above dates we will only be offering emergency appointments with the GPs. There will be limited HCA and Nursing appointments that week.

Vision/INPS Patient On Line Services will be discontinued with effect from Tuesday 6th September 2022.

All patients are advised to switch to the NHS App to order repeat medications and view test results, and get your Covid 19 pass etc., using the following link: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/

We aim to get these services (with you using the NHS App) up and running after 16th September 2022.

Please be patient with our staff during this transitional period, and thank you for your continued support and understanding.

IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999 OR FOR CLINICAL ADVICE CALL NHS 111
